CSR Manager

Job Summary CSR Manager:

The CSR Manager/Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the company's social responsibility initiatives and ensuring they align with the company's values, goals, and ethical commitments. This role includes developing and managing programs that contribute to social causes, environmental sustainability, employee engagement, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Design and implement CSR programs that address social, environmental, and economic issues, including community development, sustainability, philanthropy, and employee volunteerism.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., leadership, departments, employees) and external partners (e.g., non-profits, community organizations, government agencies).
• Strategy Alignment: Align CSR initiatives with the companys strategic goals and corporate values to ensure maximum impact.
• Impact Measurement: Track and report on the success of CSR initiatives, including metrics related to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance.
• Sustainability Reporting: Prepare and communicate CSR progress reports, annual sustainability reports, and other documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Employee Engagement: Develop employee engagement programs, including volunteer opportunities, green initiatives, and team-building activities that promote social responsibility.
• Community Involvement: Lead initiatives that support the community through charitable donations, partnerships, or volunteering efforts.
• Brand Reputation: Help to promote the companys CSR achievements to enhance its reputation and build positive brand awareness.
• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure CSR activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to link CSR initiatives to business goals and demonstrate their value to stakeholders.
• Analytical Skills: Experience with data collection and analysis to measure the impact of CSR programs.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to develop innovative solutions to address social and environmental challenges.
• Leadership and Collaboration: Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decision-makers at all levels of the organization.
• Networking: Ability to build partnerships with external organizations, including NGOs, governments, and businesses.
• Passion for Social Responsibility: Genuine interest in driving positive change and making a measurable impact on society.

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Social Sciences, Sustainability, or a related field (required).
• A Masters degree in a relevant field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a CSR, sustainability, or community outreach role.
• Experience managing CSR programs, partnerships, and volunteer initiatives (preferred).
• Familiarity with corporate sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, UN SDGs).
