Executive/Senior Executive  in Investor Services

Hi All,

We are currently seeking a dedicated Executive/Senior Executive  in Investor Services for a full-time position based in Lower Parel, Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the fund administrator for timely and accurate operational deliverables such as contract notes, monthly statements, dividend payouts, and banking transactions. Support distributors and clients for KYC and respond to queries. Prepare brokerage calculations for distributors and coordinate payouts. Prepare fax sheets and marketing collateral for funds. Additional support to seniors and distributors on data-related tasks.

We are looking for a self-motivated, passionate young candidate who wants to build a career in a global asset management investment firm. Proficiency in spoken and written English is essential.

Educational Background: Graduate or equivalent, preferably with a specialization in finance,

accounts, commerce, or CA/CFA level or above. Experience: Minimum one year, preferably in the investment industry such as brokerage, PMS, AIF, or MF.

Salary : up to 4L depend on candidate
