We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead - Python to join our team.

This individual will have strong expertise in Python development, data models, and machine learning, with proven leadership skills to guide and mentor technical teams.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for driving the technical direction of projects, ensuring the successful implementation of solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage a team of Python developers, ensuring high standards of coding, quality, and best practices.

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data models and pipelines for data transformation and machine learning.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior developers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Oversee project lifecycles, ensuring timelines and client expectations are met.

- Effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

Technical Expertise Required :

- Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.

- Practical experience in Python, SQL, and data visualization/exploration tools.

- Hands-on experience in Python API frameworks like Flask and Django.

- Experience building or maintaining ETL processes.

- Strong troubleshooting and optimization skills.

- Knowledge of Jira tool (Optional)
