Technical Architect - Java Technologies (12-15 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience to join our team.

In this role, you will take ownership of the technical vision, architecture, and design of complex software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs.

You will lead and mentor development teams, drive innovation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex enterprise-grade applications.

- Define technical solutions, ensuring they align with business goals and best practices.

- Architect scalable, secure, and highly available systems using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS.

- Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality, maintainable code and solutions.

- Lead code reviews, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and integrate them into solutions when applicable.

- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

- Provide leadership in cloud-based architecture using AWS services and tools such as EKS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Technical Expertise Required :

Primary Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable applications.

- Hands-on experience with AWS services (1+ years), including but not limited to EKS, EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.

Secondary Skills :

- Experience with Angular for front-end development.

- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Familiarity with EKS for managing containerized applications in AWS.

- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and building cloud-native solutions.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
