Export- Import Executive

Job description

• Manage day-to-day export-import logistics operations, Maintaining DSR, ensuring smooth and efficient supply
  chain processes.
• Plan and coordinate import and export logistics to guarantee timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and transporters to facilitate the seamless movement of goods.
• Track shipments and address any issues related to delays or problems.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies for logistics and transportation.
• Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and safety standards to mitigate risks.
• Handle Import/Export shipments, coordinate with team, freight forwarders, CHAs, and transporters. Ensure compliance with CTH/HSN and INCOTERMS
• Scrutinize documents, manage dispatches, process invoices in ERP, maintain shipment status reports.
• Knowledge of the import activity with all custom formalities and shipping activity.
• Aware of custom tariff and rules.
• Proactive approach in anticipating any risk to delay in deliveries and resolving the issues.
