Talent Acquisition Intern ( Remote)

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, guiding candidates through various stages of the recruitment system.
• Oversee the recruitment email inbox, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to candidates, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and delivery teams to build confidence in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Utilize various sourcing channels (direct applicants, referrals, proactive outreach) to build a strong and diverse talent pipeline.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Knowledge of IT and non-IT domestic recruitment
• Familiarity with job portals, especially Naukri
• Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
• Graduate degree from a reputable institution is required
