Senior IT Process Associate

We are seeking MBA-qualified business professionals with IT industry exposure or IT qualifications to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior IT Process Associate, you will be assigned to support an international business with tasks such as:

• Coordinating and guiding IT projects (hands-on technical skills are not required).
• Liaising with suppliers and associates, and maintaining strong business relationships.
• Developing and implementing marketing strategies that deliver a positive ROI.
• Implementing, analysing and improving business processes.
• Planning and implementing roll-outs of new policies and procedures.
• Developing and documenting standard operating procedures.
• Conducting market and business research to support decision-making.
• Conducting internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Performing additional tasks as required by clients, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. 
  

Desired Skills

• Masters of Business Administration (MBA) qualification is essential. Marketing or IT specialisation preferred.
• At least 2 years of work experience in one or more of the following fields: IT, marketing, business development, operations management.
• Bachelor degree in the field of information technology or marketing an advantage.
• Sufficient passion and proficiency for technology to enable you to contribute effectively to IT management and coordination tasks.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organization, coordination and time management abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
