Web Designer

Are you a particularly talented designer seeking a position in which you can realize your full creative potential?  If so, we may have the role you have been searching for. We seek an experienced web designer who can join forces with our front-end developers to build beautiful cutting-edge websites, app interfaces and other graphics. You would be working with our supportive and friendly international team of talented designers and developers, with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills. We love to explore new technologies and hope you do too.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 2 years of web design experience
• Outstanding design creativity we need beautiful sites, interfaces and graphics
• A passion for modern web and mobile design
• A flair for interpreting client requirements and devising intuitive solutions.
• Strong English communication
• Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite (especially Photoshop, Dreamweaver) or similar
• Must be willing and equipped to work from home during the pandemic
• UI/UX knowledge or experience not essential but would be a bonus
• Experience working in an agile development environment
• Client-facing role with demonstrated stakeholder management
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, business analysts)
• Documentation of design decisions and preferably creation of style guides
• A/B testing and data-driven design optimization
