Store Executive

We are seeking a store executive for our Delhi location to handle spare inventory, stock ledgers, material handling, billing, invoicing, and account management. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience, an undergraduate degree (B. Com./B.A./B.Sc.), and preferably a Diploma in Material Management or Supply Chain Management. Strong organizational, communication, and inventory management skills are essential. This is a full-time, permanent role focused on maintaining accurate records, coordinating with vendors and customers, ensuring all compliances, and supervising store helpers

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and manage spare inventory and stock ledgers.
• Oversee material handling and transportation activities.
• Manage billing, invoicing, and account-related tasks.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and inventory control.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
• Monitor stock levels and implement inventory management strategies.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Travel to customers stores, sites, accounts office, other locations, etc.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum work experience of 2 to 5 years in store management, material handling, transportation, billing, and invoicing.
• Undergraduate degree (B.Com./B.A./B.Sc.)
• Diploma in Material Management, Stores Management, or Supply Chain Management is desirable.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and tools such as Tally and MS Excel
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to perform site visits even outside of business hours, as and when required
