Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage pharmacy inventory, including stock management, purchase orders, and vendor reconciliations.
  
• Prepare and verify invoices, tax invoices, sales entries, and stock audits.
  
• Ensure accurate billing and maintain a record of all financial transactions.
  
• Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
  
• Utilize Tally ERP software for accounting purposes.

• Conduct regular store management tasks such as inward processing and outward dispatch.

• Perform auditing duties to ensure compliance with company policies.

• All bookkeeping in MARG software only.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy accounting or related field (B.Com + B.Pharma).
  
• Strong knowledge of Tally ERP, Marg, Stock Inventory, Store Management, Inward, Auditing, Stock Audit skills required.
  
• Proficiency in preparing purchase orders, invoice verification, vendor reconciliation essential.
