We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional who can unlock the potential of our existing customer base.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Cross Sales Representative at ValuEnable. As a Cross Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, understanding their needs, and providing them with suitable solutions in order to increase sales. You will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling, and achieve sales targets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders.


Qualification

● Prior experience in sales or customer service roles or BPO.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
● Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Goal-oriented mindset and ability to achieve sales targets.
● Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
● Fluency in local languages is preferred.
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Eligibility

• Graduate and above, Masters Degree Preferred
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
