Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Actively prospect potential customers in the plywood, chemicals, and related industries through cold calling and other sales techniques.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets and meet performance benchmarks set by the company.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with professionals, retailers, and businesses in the industry.
• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and stay informed about market trends.
• Product Promotion & Support: Provide detailed product information to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and applications of the companys products.
• Client Support: Offer continuous support to existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the company’s CRM system.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales, preferably in the plywood industry or related to chemicals (insecticides, pesticides, fungicides, etc.).
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of medical terminologies, chemicals, and products used in the plywood industry.
• Market Awareness: Familiarity with industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs within the chemicals or plywood sectors.
• Travel Willingness: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet clients and prospect new business opportunities.
