Sr.BA/Tech Manager

Help in defining the project scope, goals, deliverables, tasks, and required resources. - Act as the SPOC for Client Business and IT teams. - Coordinate with business and developers to prepare and maintain project/implementation plans. - Prioritize APIs and tasks with Client Business/IT team. - Assign tasks to team members, track progress, and ensure timely closure. - Provide regular project status updates to VM and client senior management. - Evaluate business processes, anticipate needs, and implement improvements with IT teams. - Conduct internal/external meetings and presentations to share insights and findings. - Perform impact analysis and root cause analysis (RCA) for P1 production issues. - Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth project execution. - Escalate issues to senior management as required. - Analyse and document business requirements, ensuring clear communication to developers. - Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. - Produce useful reports and gather critical information from meetings. - Oversee UAT bug fixes, ensuring unit and sanity testing before confirming changes to business users. - Drive continuous service improvement by identifying and resolving performance issues. - Maintain knowledge management for FICO Blaze development and environment support (Dev, UAT, Production). - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
