Position for 1-2 yr experienced QA engineer Skills needed Manual Testing Familarity on Web API testing Awareness on Automation testing Automation scripting and execution Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge on Cloud computing and Web services preferable Knowledge in insurance domain preferable. Job Responsibilities for Sr QA: As an aspiring Jr QA you will perform the following Job responsibilities Analysis Acquire knowledge in Insurance domains Be a creative thinker who can quickly identify and test for functional ?edge cases? outside of expected functionality workflow ? Unit Testing, UX testing, Integration testing of API etc Understanding the requirement for the project and deriving test cases Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools such as Selenium Work with developers to understand the design and update the test scripts. Execute Write and execute test scripts ( Manual) Ensure that all tests are executed and regular feedback is given to the concerned person Work closely with software developers to iron out any bugs in the software and improve the quality of the finished product Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Be meticulous about documentation and maintaining a robust log of all test cases and test results Report Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs Ability to meet timelines for individual projects/ tasks assigned
