QA Lead

Requirements Must Have: Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on data testing and validation. Good understanding of Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance concepts, data models, and workflows. Knowledge of insurance-related data structures and regulatory requirements is advantageous. Strong skills in writing and executing complex SQL queries for data validation and analysis. Solid understanding of data testing principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with both manual and automated data testing. Proficiency in developing and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks for data validation using tools such as Python, SQL, or similar scripting languages. Familiarity with ETL processes and tools for testing data extraction, transformation, and loading workflows. Experience with data quality assurance tools and frameworks, such as Informatica Data Quality, Talend, or similar. Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or similar. Good understanding of regression testing techniques and practices. Proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a keen diligence. Experience working in Agile environment following Onsite Offshore mode. Good to Have: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB, ICP or Agile certifications are desirable.
