Senior Backend Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Python Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions, leveraging your expertise in Python and related technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performance applications, solve complex challenges, and mentor junior engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, APIs, and services.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.

● Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.

● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

● Implement and maintain robust testing frameworks, including unit and integration tests.

● Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems and applications.

● Integrate third-party services, APIs, and libraries as needed.

● Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge-sharing initiatives.

● Participate in code reviews, architecture design, and best practice discussions.

● Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in Python development. Qualifications:

● Proven experience (7+ years) in Python programming and software development.

● Strong knowledge of Python concepts such as multi-threading, pandas.

● Proficiency in working with RESTful APIs and web services. ● Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and query optimization.

● Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS

● Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile.

● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills.

● Bonus: Experience with data pipelines, machine learning, or DevOps practices.
