Servicenow Developer (IRM / Secops)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom Servicenow applications, integrations, and configurations to support ITSM and Security operations.
• Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to Servicenow best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Implement and configure IRM and SECOPs modules to support risk management, compliance, and security operations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to support business decision-making.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior developers or technical leads as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
• Stay up-to-date with Servicenow product releases, updates, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement.
