Data Modeller

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data models using ERWIN and SQL.
• Develop and maintain data warehouses and data marts to support business intelligence and analytics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data models that meet those needs.
• Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata repositories to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in data modeling and data warehousing.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that code is well-structured, modular, and follows industry standards.
• Develop and maintain documentation for data models, data warehouses, and data marts.
• Provide training and support to other team members on data modeling and ERWIN.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to identify and prioritize testing needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data modeling using ERWIN and SQL.
• Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence concepts.
• Strong knowledge of ERWIN and its features, including data modeling, data warehousing, and metadata management.
• Experience with SQL and its features, including database design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Strong understanding of data integration and ETL processes.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
