Office Administrator

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Admin Manager to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of managing large office spaces and teams, with a strong focus on soft services, events management, and client visits handling.

Job Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Admin management
• Excellent communication skills
• Education background in Hotel/Hospitality Management
• Experience in managing 2 Lakhs Sq. Ft office space with over 2000 seating capacity
• Strong background in soft services, events management (in-house and external), and client visits handling
• Proficient in MIS, ISO Audits, and vendor management
• Experience in managing at least 4 direct reports
• Familiarity with cafe management and vendor relationships
• Should also have strong knowledge in handling MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
