Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Trainer to design and deliver training programs on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and best practices. The trainer will be responsible for upskilling employees, developers, and business users on RPA concepts, development, and implementation using various RPA tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on RPA concepts, tools, and development best practices.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, workshops, and webinars for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create training materials, including presentations, documentation, exercises, and assessments.
• Train participants on RPA development, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest RPA trends and tools to improve training content.
• Provide post-training support and guidance to learners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to customize training programs based on business needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update course materials accordingly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in RPA development and/or training.
• Hands-on expertise in any RPA tool (certifications preferred).
• Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, best practices, and automation strategies.
• Experience in developing bots, troubleshooting automation issues, and optimizing processes.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with scripting languages like Python, VBScript, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Knowledge of process analysis, workflow automation, and AI/ML integration in RPA is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RPA certification in any RPA technology.
• Prior experience in corporate training, coaching, or curriculum development.
• Knowledge of Process Mining, OCR, and Intelligent Automation.
