About the Role

As an IT & Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing technology solutions that enhance workflow efficiency. You manage integrations, automate tasks, assist in designing digital assets, and configure email marketing systems to support the companys growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a tech enthusiast who enjoys problem-solving and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

Automation & Integration

• Implement and manage Zapier workflows for process automation.
• Connect different apps and tools to streamline data flow between accounting, CRM, and project management platforms.

AI & ChatGPT Utilization

• Develop and optimize ChatGPT-based automation for internal and client-facing operations.
• Assist in creating AI-driven chatbots, templates, and automation scripts.

Design & Branding Support

• Create visually appealing digital assets for internal use, client presentations, and marketing campaigns.
• Work with the marketing team to enhance brand consistency across platforms.

Email Marketing Configuration & Management

• Set up and configure email marketing systems (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, etc.).
• Automate email sequences and ensure CRM synchronization for targeted campaigns.

Tech Support & Optimization

• Assist in evaluating and implementing new software and tools to enhance efficiency.
• Provide technical support for internal systems and troubleshoot IT-related issues.
• Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for all tech implementations.

What You Need to Succeed

• Proficiency in Zapier ability to create and manage integrations and automate processes.
• Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT ability to configure chatbots and optimize workflow automation.
• Basic design skills familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools for creating marketing and internal assets.
• Knowledge of email marketing tools experience setting up and managing automated email campaigns.
• Strong technical aptitude ability to troubleshoot software issues and optimize tech stacks.
• Problem-solving mindset – proactive approach to identifying and implementing tech-driven solutions.
• Attention to detail & organization – ability to manage multiple projects and document processes efficiently.
