The candidate who thrives on solving problems, building relationships, and working with diverse teams. As a Seller Support Specialist, candidate will be a frontline superhero for our cross-border sellers, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Seller Support: Be the go-to point of contact for cross-border sellers, addressing their queries, concerns, and quirks with patience.
• Onboarding Support: Guide sellers through onboarding, ensuring they meet platform compliance and nail the guidelinesthink of yourself as their first friend in the digital neighborhood.
• Communication Pro: Masterfully handle emails, chats, and calls like a pro, with professionalism, empathy, and maybe a dash of humor (where appropriate, of course).
• Problem Solver Extraordinaire: Help sellers untangle their shipment and payment woes, like a logistical Sherlock Holmes.
• Team Collaborator: Partner with internal teams—operations, finance, warehouse (and maybe even the office coffee machine)—to get issues resolved pronto.
• Knowledge Base Creator: Document all the highs and lows (a.k.a., issues and resolutions) to build a helpful resource for future reference.
• Escalation support: Handle seller escalations with grace, ensuring they’re routed to the right team for fast, efficient resolution.
• Relationship Builder: Cultivate trust and loyalty with sellers, encouraging long-term collaboration and making them feel like family.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate
• Strong verbal and written communications skill.
• Exceptional communication skills (email, chat, calls—basically, a human Swiss Army knife).
• Experience in seller support, customer service, or a related field.
• Problem-solving mind-set with an unshakable focus on getting results.
• The ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat—bonus points if you can actually juggle.
• Collaborative spirit with a knack for working across teams.
• Tech-savviness: You know your way around tools, platforms, and the occasional spreadsheet.
