Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance using network management tools to ensure system availability and reliability.
2. First-Level Troubleshooting: Provide initial support for networking issues such as connectivity problems, device malfunctions, and basic configuration issues.
3. Configuration and Deployment: Assist with the configuration and deployment of network hardware and software.
4. Documentation: Maintain updated network schematics and manage network documentation.
5. Incident Management: Log, track, and resolve network incidents, ensuring all incidents are documented and addressed within SLAs.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with senior engineers to resolve complex network issues and ensure the stability and reliability of the network.
7. Routine Maintenance: Perform routine network maintenance and updates.
8. Technical Support: Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting their network-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
• Experience with network monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
