Role Description

• To install, execute integration and offer support to all LAN and WiFi technology.
• To manage with customers and implement network solution to resolve all network problems and maintain relationships at clients site and remote as an when needed
• Knowledge of network setups like LAN, WAN, VLAN, Wi-Fi, router installation, and ISP broadband
• They Should have hands-on experience on Network devices of HPE Aruba Switches & Wireless, Cisco Switches & Wireless
• They should help in setting up the network structure while commissioning of the sites patching & firmware upgrade in the parenting sites
• To install, repair and upgrade all network set-up and deliver technical and onsite support
• To monitor and resolve all consumer trouble ticket process as required
• To resolve all complex technical initiation while performing the network set-up
• To perform the documentation specific reports & documentation of network implementation & networking problems and assess the same

Must-have skills

• Hands On Experience: Cisco / HPE Aruba Switching and Wireless devices like Catalyst, Meraki, CX, ION, IAP, routers, etc. (Knowledge of Cisco firewalls like FTD and other products like ISE and Clearpass will be an added advantage)
• Networking Fundamentals: Understanding of TCP/IP, subnetting, routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Network Security: Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and security best practices value add.
• Troubleshooting: Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues efficiently.
• Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
• Documentation: Ability to create and maintain detailed network documentation.
• Collaboration: Effective communication with team members and other departments to ensure seamless network operations.
