AGM/GM Sales (Leasing Expert)

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced AGM /GM Sales Lease Expert to lead and manage the leasing department for our real estate company. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in real estate leasing, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in negotiating, managing, and optimizing lease agreements for residential, commercial, or mixed-use properties. The GM-Lease Expert will oversee all aspects of the leasing process, including strategy development, team management and operational execution, with a focus on maximizing rental income and occupancy rates while ensuring legal compliance.

Preferred candidate profile

Identification of branded leasing property.

The firm has its own property and needs the branded investors for its lease

Develop and implement leasing strategies for residential, commercial and mixed-use.

Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, and amendments, ensuring the company secures favorable terms and conditions.

GM Leasing is responsible to search brands for existing Inventory available in the market.

GM Leasing is also responsible for negotiations with brands to have decent deals.

Provide regular training to the team on lease management best practices, legal updates and negotiation tactics.

Address tenant concerns promptly and work to resolve issues to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on leasing activities,

Implement best practices in lease administration and tenant onboarding to ensure consistency and quality.
