WordPress Web Developer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop custom WordPress websites with responsive and high-quality designs that meet client specifications.
• We require extensive knowledge of Elementor Builder
• Work closely with designers and project managers to convert design mockups into fully functional websites.
• Customize WordPress themes and templates to match specific client requirements, adding new features when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on existing WordPress sites, including plugin conflicts, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO, ensuring all content is properly indexed.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and functionality across different devices and platforms.
• Regularly update and maintain WordPress websites, including updating plugins, themes, and core files.
• Collaborate effectively with remote teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely project delivery.
• Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends, tools, and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS, responsive web design, and basic knowledge of PHP.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery for interactive elements and enhancing user experience.
• Proven experience with WordPress theming, customizations, and creating dynamic, responsive websites.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience in optimizing websites for performance and search engine visibility.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with remote teams and clients.
• Comfortable working in a remote setting with self-discipline and time management skills.
