Google Ads Expert - 3+ Years Experience Required

We are seeking a talented and experienced Google Ads Expert (experience in home-service clients is required) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a specific focus on home-services clients (e.g., roofing, tree services, plumbing). This is a remote-only position for a company based in Chicago, USA, with a local hiring office in Lucknow, India. The role requires expertise in running Google Ads campaigns for home-service industries and does not involve eCommerce campaigns. This is NOT an entry level position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management:
• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to meet or exceed client goals.
• Keyword and Audience Research:
• Conduct thorough keyword research and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
• Identify negative keywords and refine targeting criteria to improve efficiency.
• Data-Driven Optimization:
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track conversions and generate insights.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the SEO team to ensure Google Ads campaigns align with broader digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the content and design teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visuals.
• Reporting and Client Communication:
• Provide detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Communicate directly with clients to discuss campaign progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience running successful campaigns specifically for home-services clients (e.g., roofing, tree services, plumbing).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and keyword research tools.
• Strong understanding of On-Page SEO and its integration with PPC campaigns.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking:
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
• Skilled in budget management and achieving cost-effective results.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
