QA Manager (Preference For immediate & early joiners)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of QA engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities. Create a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable automation testing frameworks. Ensure seamless integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate release cycles and enhance quality.
• Develop and enforce best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks for testing. Monitor quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and execution efficiency to maintain high standards.
• Plan and oversee test strategies for projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resource allocation for QA initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between QA teams and stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on testing progress, challenges, and outcomes. Tailor communications to suit technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay abreast of emerging tools and technologies in the QA domain. Advocate for and implement advancements that enhance the team's capabilities and testing efficiency.
• Proactively identify and address testing challenges. Leverage analytical and technical expertise to resolve complex quality assurance issues, ensuring project success.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a Masters degree is preferred for advanced technical proficiency.
• Over 12 years of experience in QA, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing automation teams.
• Proficient in frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or TestNG. Ability to design and manage robust automation solutions tailored to project needs.
• In-depth understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and DevOps, to align testing processes with development workflows.
• Hands-on experience in integrating automated testing within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring streamlined and efficient build processes.
• Strong proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as C#, Python, Java, or JavaScript to support automation efforts.
• Exceptional skills in communicating complex technical information to diverse audiences. Ability to influence and build consensus among cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid understanding of quality assurance practices, testing methodologies, and automation frameworks, with the ability to act as both a technical lead and a people manager.
• Strong managerial skills, including team development, conflict resolution, and performance management, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive team environment.
