We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both waterfall and agile project management methodologies and have experience working with PMO (Project Management Office) metrics and reporting. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, working with cross-functional teams, and leveraging tools like Jira to enable effective project tracking and reporting.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress against key milestones and adjusting as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively resolving roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular status updates and reporting on project performance, challenges, and successes.
- Utilize PMO metrics and reporting tools (e.g., Jira) to track project performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes across the organization.
- Act as a mentor and guide to junior project managers or team members, sharing best practices and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP certification (Project Management Professional) is highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery across both waterfall and agile frameworks.
- Experience with PMO metrics and reporting tools to track and measure project performance.
- Proven experience rolling out ALM tools like Jira and enabling PMO metrics through tools like Jira.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a focus on team collaboration and project success.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and prioritization.
- Familiarity with various project management tools and methodologies, including familiarity with agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
