Python Developer

Job type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications for payment processing systems.
• Architect and deploy scalable cloud solutions using AWS services (such as Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
• Optimize existing systems for performance, security, and scalability while adhering to best practices.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and deployment.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, testing, and production environments.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Python development and payment systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on web applications.
• Proven experience with AWS services and architecture, with hands-on experience in deploying applications in the cloud.
• Familiarity with payment gateways and experience in payment processing systems.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and best security practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., JavaScript frameworks) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
