Job Description

We are now looking for a Regional Sales Manager in Flow control business line Sales Team.

This position is responsible for Valves and Actuators Business in West 2 (Gujarat) Region.

  • Responsible for Projects, MRO and VCA Business in the region.
  • Responsible for sales funnel management, Key Account Management and Business development in the region.
  • Develop and implement actions as per strategic plans & sales objectives.
  • Provide sales forecasting and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Focus on Core industries and expand customer base.
  • Focus on Customer needs and Customer relationship management.
  • Analyse competition activities in the region and devise effective strategies to capture market share.
  • Product presentations / Demo, participation in customer events & exhibitions to promote the product and service portfolio.

Essential

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical /Instrumentation) with 15 to 18 years Sales experience in Valves / Pumps /Automation Industry preferred.
  • Experience in Selling Control, ON-OFF, Ball & Butterfly Valves preferred.
  • Market and Customer experience & exposure to Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Refining & Petrochemical and Metal & Mining industries preferred.
  • Experience in handling Large EPCs & OEMs in Oil & Gas, Refinery & Petrichemical industries is a MUST.
  • Experience in handling Channel Parnters preferred.
  • Proficient in handling Microsoft tools & BI Reports and exposure to CRM tools.
  • Should have handled Major Accounts, Corporate customers and familiar with Account Management.
  • Willing to travel extensively across India. Should have handled business to big / corporate customers. Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
