Operation Controller

If yes, we are looking for Operation Controller for Valmet Production Operation to be based in Pune, India. This position reports to Business Controller - AP Finance and Administration .

What you will do at Valmet:

Our production facility is poised to reach the next level. As a financial partner, you will proactively collaborate with numerous global stakeholders and local management to ensure the financial competitiveness of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

Member of Management team, provide expertise of Finance and other policy guidance to support operation. Prepare financial summary report to management monthly. Through operational analysis to support business decisions, including business performance measures & KPIs. Lead forecasting & budgeting, and manage the development and reporting of production operation units budgets and follow-up Prepare monthly reporting of Orders Received, Net Sales, Product margin performance analysis. Driving product/project cost competitive improvement actions In charge of operation cost elements: capacity cost, capacity utilization, hourly rates, absorption. In charge of controlling inventory, investments, work in progress, fix assets, Net Working Capital. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting practices, rules, and regulations (SOX, CAPEX, IAS / IFRS, USGaap, etc.) and corporate governance practices. Adhering to company s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) procedures. Adhering to company s Values, Business principles and Code of conduct.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

Qualification: University degree in Finance or Economy

Experience in product and project manufacturing financial management and ERP system

Advance Excel

Good written and spoken English.
