Position Title: Change Manager (Contingent Worker)

Location: India

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Change Manager to join our team on a contingent basis. The Change Manager will be responsible for overseeing the release management lifecycle, which includes scheduling, coordinating, and managing ITSM Change & Service tickets across our Cloud Operations.

In addition, we would like that Change Manager to be well versed in reporting and aggregation of data using tools such as PowerBI and Powerpoint to produce execute activity summaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage comprehensive reports on the release management lifecycle using tools such as PowerBI.
• Aggregate and analyze data from ITSM Change & Service tickets to provide actionable insights.
• Produce executive activity summaries and presentations using PowerPoint.
• Coordinate release content and effort based on the service request backlog & pending service requests.
• Participate in CAB meetings to present release scopes and address any roadblocks.
• Analyze incident trends and recurring issues to identify underlying problems through data-driven approaches.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights into problem management performance.
• Research new reporting methodologies and technologies to enhance current change management processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 5-7 years working in IT projects within the capital markets industry.
• Proven experience in release management, software development, and project management.
• Preferable experience in using ServiceNow for IT Service Management (ITSM), including incident, problem, and change management.
• Ability to effectively use tools such as PowerBI, MS Office.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Certification in ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms and services.
