ValetEZ is an IoT and AI enabled smart parking solutions firm that designs technology solutions to digitise parking spaces and eliminate the pain that vehicle owners face daily when parking in their city.

The firm also develops and deploys an EV Charging network under the brand 'ChargeEZ'. Our focus is to build a massive digitised parking and charging network that allows users to find and access both parking spaces and EV charging stations across the country. ValetEZ operates in 15+ cities and has handled over 140Mn+ transactions till date.

Job Description:

- Recruitment & Staffing: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet organisational needs.

- Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.

- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring timely evaluations and feedback for all employees.

- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.

- Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organisational goals.

- HR Metrics: Monitor and analyse HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with management and department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

- Reporting: Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

- MBA / Masters from a reputed university.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant HR Operations roles in startups / corporations with 300+ employees.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR processes and systems that drive organisational performance and employee engagement.

- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations, with a focus on HR operations, compliance and employee relations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.
