Job Description
- Perimeter: Server/Network rooms, Network Infra, Telecommunication Infra, Security.
- Deploy standard group infrastructure within plants.
- Support R&D technical standards.
- Select and manage national outsourcers.
- Define & ensure different levels of service.
- Promote innovation at regional level.
- Guarantee confidentiality of information.
- Manage incidents not treated by outsourcers.
- Assists in preparation of the IT budget.
You must have high autonomy, a good understanding of underlying IT concepts, strong motivation to learn, and resourcefulness in proposing adequate solutions to complex problems.
At least 18-20 years of past IT experience and very strong technical background (such as a Master s degree in Computer Science).

Required transversal and communication skills:
- Supplier management.
- Project management.
- Reporting and communication with internal customers.
- Fluent English (Toeic 785 or similar level).
- Server Asset Management.
- Autonomous working capabilities.
- Customer management.
Required technical skills ( similar competing technologies also accepted ):
Basic Knowledge on services
- WAN / LAN / WiFi (TCP/IP, VPN, QoS, Cisco, wiring best practices)
- Telephony & audio/video conferencing (CUCM, Analog, VoIP, ToIP)
- Active Directory (DC, GPO), DHCP, DNS, SMTP
Servers, Storage, Middleware, Datacenter
- Datacenter (Cooling, Fire prevention, Racking)
- Server hardware (UPS, servers, SANs, SAN Switches)
- Virtualization Hypervisor (Hyper-V)
- Server OS (Mainly Windows, but also RHEL and other Unixes)
- Backup & DRP (Commvault)
- Databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Postgres)
- File and print servers (Microsoft), proxies (Squid, HTTP, SOCKS)
- Remote Desktop Services (Servers, Thin Clients)
- R&D server software (license servers, PLM, ...)
- Monitoring (Centreon / Prometheus)
- VIQCT
Security
- Internal audit / Security audit
- Anti virus (McAfee, XDR, TRILIX)
- Syslog, Splunk
