Position Summary

We are seeking Senior Mechanical Design and Simulation Engineer with expertise in structural analysis using the Finite Element Method (FEM) and industry-standard tools such as ANSYS Workbench, Siemens Simcenter 3D, Abaqus, Altair HyperWorks. The ideal candidate will have experience working on large rotating machines and will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis of mechanical components using FEM.
• Utilize ANSYS and other industry-standard tools for simulation and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze large rotating machinery.
• Develop design specifications and documentation for mechanical systems.
• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in mechanical design.
• Participate in project planning and execution to meet deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in structural analysis using Finite Element Method (FEM), particularly in large machines.
• Expertise in industry-standard simulation tools such as: ANSYS Workbench, Siemens Simcenter 3D, Abaqus, Altair HyperWorks
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc)
• Understanding of material selection processes
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong analytical skills for conducting design reviews and providing technical guidance
