Senior SEO Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies: Design and execute strategies to increase search visibility, drive organic traffic, and enhance user engagement across multiple web properties.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research: Identify high-potential keywords that align with user intent and optimize website content accordingly.
• On-page and off-page SEO optimization: Manage meta tags, headings, URL structures, and internal linking strategies while developing and executing link-building campaigns to boost domain authority.
• Technical SEO audits: Perform regular audits to ensure websites are optimized for crawlability, mobile responsiveness, page load speeds, schema markup, and overall technical performance.
• Competitor analysis: Regularly review competitor SEO strategies to identify gaps, opportunities, and threats in order to adjust and improve our SEO tactics.
• Lead SEO testing and experiments: Implement A/B testing and other SEO experiments to evaluate website performance and analyze the impact of changes on key SEO metrics.
• Collaborate with web developers: Work closely with developers to ensure the technical SEO aspects, such as website architecture and markup, are implemented effectively.
• Content strategy collaboration: Partner with the content and marketing teams to develop high-quality, SEO-friendly content that aligns with both business objectives and search intent.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance: Track rankings, traffic, and conversions through tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs, providing actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders.
• Project management: Manage SEO projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and resources are properly aligned with broader business goals.

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with a deep understanding of both technical and content SEO.
• Expertise in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with technical SEO, including page speed optimization, mobile optimization, and site architecture.
• Proven track record in keyword research, content optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including content, marketing, and development.
• Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Experience in managing large-scale websites with more than 100 pages.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts.
