Key Management Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead a team of PHP developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Architect scalable and efficient solutions that meet project requirements, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, guiding them in their professional development and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Conduct code reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure code quality, consistency, and compliance with coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues as they arise, implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our development process and recommending appropriate adoption strategies.
• Continuously assess and improve development processes and methodologies, driving efficiency and innovation within the team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-8 years of hands-on experience in PHP development, with expertise in Core PHP and PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role, with a minimum of 2-3 years of direct team management experience.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and design scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, WordPress) is a plus.
• Knowledge of Phyton, AWS (optional)
• Should have experience with web services standards and related technologies (XML, JSON, REST, SOAP).
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB) is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
