Machine Operators –
Eligibility Criteria -
Must be ITI (Machinist/Fitter/any other course) qualified CNC Operators / Shearing Machine Operator / Stamping Machine Operator / Notching Operator with 3-5 years of work experience in same field.
Must have worked in HARDCORE Manufacturing plants preferably in STEEL processing industry.

🔹 Job Details:
†Should be able to work on CNC Machines with all the required PPEs & adopt all the desired safe practice.

†Competency in reading shop drawings/Sketches.

†Competent to identify various steel grades/Supplier/Party/Embossing.

†Competent to use Various Measuring instrument Vernier Calliper, Tri Square, Measuring Tape/Scale

†Competent for identify various machine parts & its function. †Competent to carry out Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection and Tightening (CLIT).

†Competent to operate personal Computer (Machine Computer)

†Competent to operate Computer Numeric Controlled (CNC) Machines.

• Competent to Operate Jib Crane, Magnetic Handler and EOT Crane.

• Competent to inspect the Tower Component as per the specified Shop Drawings/Sketches. • Competent to identify Various tools Punch/Dies/Stamps/Cropping blades required as per the shop drawings & Sketches. Competent to set / Change the punch, Die, stamping character and Cutting Blads as per the section and desired clearances.

• Competent to identify the wear & tear of tools.

• Shifting of Scrap, End Cut, cut lengths as per route cards and up keeping of Machine Area. • Competent to identify finish product post CNC Primary for Next Operations (Notching/Bending/HM/HAB/Welding)

Salary Location wise (PER MONTH)

– Jabalpur – 12k – 16k

Dubai – 35000 INR – 40000 INR
