Financial Planning & Analysis Professional - CA (3-6 yrs)

Our client, a leading consulting firm in Mumbai, is seeking a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3-5 years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or controllership experience to work for its healthcare clients.

Role Description:

The FP&A role is responsible for providing financial insights and strategic recommendations to drive the organization's decision-making processes. The position involves budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to ensure the company meets its financial goals.

Key Roles/Responsibilities

- CA with 2 - 3 yrs exp in healthcare industry.

- Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role.

- Develop and manage annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

- Analyse financial performance, including variance analysis, and identify key drivers.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights.

- Conduct deep-dive analyses on profitability, cost efficiency, and operational trends.

- Drive process improvements in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting workflows.

- Well versed with advance excel.
