SERVICE EXECUTIVE- KOLKATA, BAREILLY, AHMEDABAD AND PAN INDIA RECRUITMENT

Role & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring of Repairing Activities of DF FOWS returned from Market at Workshop through Mechanics, Workshop Assets Monitoring & stacking Issuance as well - DF FOW Tricks in Market.
• Daily Lifting and Dispatch of Assets to & from Market through coordination with Transporter.
• DC GRN Effect in SAP, Inventory effect in SAP, Godown Management.
• To Monitor Daily PMS Service of FOW/ DFS Assets by Mechanic/ Contractors.
• Daily Coordination with Mechanic/Service Contractor for complaints resolution of DFS - FOWs allotted in market.
• Inventory management by Monitoring & coordination with Store Person for Spares for timely complaint resolutions and dispatch for out-city.
• Requirements along with necessary documentations, Scrap Management - Liquidation of Damaged / Scrap Assets/ Spares by taking Approvals.
• Coordination with Supplier for Product Quality issues, Complaints of DF -FOWs for in warranty as well in Extended Warranty Complaints.
• Timely Scrap Disposal - Scrap management of DF / FOW/ TRICs/ Other Scrap Materials.
• Reports - Workshop repairing remarks in System, Service Updation Online, GRN etc., Various Claims Checking & Verifications.
• Invoice Management (Transporters / Service Contractor, Supplier, Electricity, Telephone, Municipal Taxe, Godown Rent, Factory License Renewal), Local govt/authorities liaising, Meet statutory requirements.
• Monitoring of trics repairing Activities and Spares Management of trics spares during this repairing process. Find out Trics repairing Vendor for repairing activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or related field; masters degree preferred.
• Proven experience of 3+ years in a similar role.
• Candidate Must be willing to travel Pan India and able to manage workshop.
