Vadilal Industries Ltd Ahmedabad is looking for a Manager- Supply Chain Management International Business based out of the Ahmedabad- Corporate office.

Location: Ahmedabad Corporate Office, Ambli - Bopal Rd (WFO)

Relevant Experience: 20 Yrs or More.

Education: Must graduate in the required field.

• Ready to sign a bond for 3 years. (Mandatory)
• Applicant should be working in the corporate Office.
• Must be confident and fluent in Communication Skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordinating Production workflow with Plant/ Marketing team.
• Should have knowledge of material requirements, production, and lead time management.
• Exceptional production planner and should demonstrate excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• To create, modify, and manage production schedules for completing marketing orders on time.
• To monitor inventory levels, regularly provide production status updates to management, and facilitate the timely delivery of products to customers.
• Coordination with the quality team for finished goods inspections, approvals, etc.
• To closely monitor the production process to ensure that production orders are completed on time and within budget.
• Evaluating purchase orders to create suitable production schedules.
• Planning for material preparation required for production.
• Coordinating production operations in accordance with material availability.
• Promptly informing the relevant departments or stakeholders of changes to current production schedules.
• Timely releasing of Purchase orders in accordance with production planning and timely completion of orders.
• Preparing GRNs on priority for dispatching the order in time.
• Constant follow-up for the payment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or postgraduate in supply chain Management with 19 Years of experience in operations or supply chain preferably in the FMCG Food industry.
• Knowledge of supply chain management, preparing PO and GRN, and inventory management.
  Proven experience working as a production planner.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Sound knowledge of material requirements planning (MRP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of SAP.
