Shift Timings: 01:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Engineer with 710 years of experience in data engineering,

people management, and hands-on expertise in Python, Databricks, DataSphere, Azure (MS Stack),

and PySpark. This role involves leading the design and development of robust data pipelines,

managing cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable solutions in a cloud-based environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of leadership and technical skills to drive high-impact

projects while ensuring team success.

Required Skills:

Core Skills:

• Proficiency in Python for data engineering and analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and DataSphere for building and managing large-scale data systems.
• Expertise in Azure (MS Stack) services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Lake.
• Strong knowledge of PySpark for distributed data processing.

Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience in people management with the ability to lead high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Azure Data Engineer Associate, Databricks Certified Professional, or

equivalent.

• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of big data architectures and streaming frameworks.
