Coordinating with the development team, business analysts and the product owner to get an in-depth understanding of the application and learn the testing requirements

Going through the application requirements and design documents, and coordinating with test analysts to prepare strategies, including functional, system, integration, user acceptance and performance testing

Selecting test cases, scenarios and scripts for comprehensive testing

Preparing the test data and ensuring its availability, integrity and relevance

Setting up and configuring test environments, including software installations, hardware configurations and network setups

Using test automation frameworks to save time, improve coverage and reduce manual errors

Analysing the results and evaluating the quality of software using different metrics, such as test efficiency, automation coverage and pass rate

Collaborating with the testing and development team to ensure the effectiveness of tests

Creating and maintaining documentation, including test plans, cases, scripts and reports
