Maintenance of records related to bookkeeping, expenses, funds, partnership ventures, that are at all times accurate, substantiated and up to date.
Voucher entry in the tally as guided by the officer in charge and travel to the field offices as and when required to monitor the accounts and records.
Maintenance of adequate financial reporting in accordance with partners for FCRA and Income Tax rules.
Preparing financial reports as and when necessary
Issue of staff and program related reimbursements in a timely manner and in accordance with guidelines set by the organization.
TDS calculation, remittance and preparation for quarterly return.
Well versed with computer applications Ms Office and Internet.
Experience in accounting and bank reconciliation, ability to handle correspondences communications, maintaining files, documents, etc.
Knowledge of legal compliances like FCRA, Income Tax GST etc.
Command over English and Hindi is a must.
Reporting: He/she will report directly to the Head Admin and Finance.
Remuneration will be on par with the norms in Development sector
