At least 5 years of experience in the design and implementation of ME/MIS in development projects implemented by national/international NGOs
Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports
Proven ICT skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software;
Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software;
ABOUT VAAGDHARA INDIA
Established in the year 1986 1987, VAAGDHARA (Voluntary Association for Agriculture, General Development, Health and reconstruction Allaince) is a non government organization registered under The Societies Registration Act, 1958, and FCRA. It works mainly in Udaipur region of South Rajasthan, including Banswara, Dungarpur and Pratapgarh, with footprints in other districts of Rajasthan as well. VAAGDHARA strives for the upliftment of tribal community through livelihood development (natural resource management and agriculture), development and protection, and policy advocacy on different issues. Vaagdhara works on integrated approach where we are linking child protection and development, livelihoods, agriculture , food and nutrition security under umbrella framework.
Role Purpose:
Under the overall guidance of the PMEL Lead, the Impact Lead will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring high-quality and timely inputs, and for ensuring that the project maintains its strategic vision and that its activities result in the achievement of its intended outputs in a cost-effective and timely manner. The Impact Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing the ME activities; assisting the PME lead in preparing Quarterly/Annual reports , developing and maintaining the MIS and will be responsible for the collection analysis of different data in relation to the implementation activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES DUTIES
1.
Plan and ensure course correction as found in verification/validation
Manage planning to track and review the program plan activities, and regular data collection.
Cross-verifying the data or spot check collected by field staff (on a sample basis) for validation for their allocated area.
Monitor the data entry done by the data entry operator on online/offline MIS.
Support and handhold with the track of finding and insights in block and district level review meetings
Support to roll out and monitor digital data collection
Ensure and manage timely data collection of all program activities and track as per the plan
Ensure quality of collected data and process verification by timely Cross verification and spot observation as well as timely data entry
Ensure and support field staff on the efficiency of data collection and process at the field and at other available platforms
Manage all documentation and ensure all forms are filed timely with the date as followed by standard practice.
Cross-check all documentation and records (Soft Hard) on regular basis.
Support PME Lead and help in interaction with the Implementation unit, Advocacy unit and TSU for proper implementation actions.
