Managerial Level - Civil Proposals

Key Responsibilities:

1. Costing & Estimation:
   
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Conduct cost analysis to ensure cost-effective solutions and provide recommendations for cost control.
• Review project specifications and design drawings to develop preliminary and final cost estimates.
• Manage budgets for construction projects and monitor financial performance throughout the lifecycle.

2.Bill of Quantities (BoQ):

• Prepare and manage Bill of Quantities (BoQ) based on detailed drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure BoQs are accurate, comprehensive, and align with industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure the correct and timely execution of work as per BoQ specifications.

3.Design:

• Assist in the preparation of detailed designs for civil engineering projects.
• Collaborate with design teams to optimize designs for cost efficiency, constructability, and functionality.
• Review and ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

4.Tendering:

• Prepare and review tender documents, including scope of work, technical specifications, and cost estimates.
• Ensure timely submission of tenders and provide support in evaluating bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Assist in negotiating contracts with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve favorable terms and conditions.

5.Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including estimates, tenders, contracts, and change orders.
• Prepare regular project reports for senior management, including cost and progress analysis.
