Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Technology Development Lead with 3-5 years of development experience. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in both Python/Java and JavaScript, and hands-on experience across frontend, backend, and deployment processes. You will play a key role in shaping the architecture and guiding the development process, contributing to both core development and innovation in machine learning and generative AI projects.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment, across frontend, backend, and cloud-based infrastructures.

- Architect, design, and implement scalable applications using ReactJS, Node.js (Express), Python (FastAPI), Java, Spring Boot, Redis

- Manage and optimize cloud-based deployments on platforms such as AWS and Linode.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Guide fellow developers, conduct code reviews, and provide mentorship.

- Ensure high performance, reliability, and security of both frontend and backend systems.

- Lead machine learning initiatives, including data collection, feature engineering, model training, validation, and deployment.

- Conduct sprint planning meetings, manage task assignment, and track progress using tools like Linear or Jira.

- Stay updated with the latest trends in technology and machine learning to ensure our solutions are cutting-edge.

Required Skills :

- 3 to 5 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python and Java/JavaScript.

- Proven experience in both frontend (ReactJS) and backend (Node.js, Express, FastAPI, Java, Spring boot) technologies.

- Experience with cloud services like AWS and Linode for deployment and infrastructure management.

- Strong understanding of the full development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and monitoring.

- Familiarity with technologies for databases, including SQL, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch for managing structured and unstructured data.

- Experience with machine learning and generative AI, including hands-on experience in data collection, feature engineering, model training, and deployment.

- Familiarity with deployment pipelines, CI/CD, and version control (Git).

- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and learning.

- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker.

- Familiarity with other cloud platforms or DevOps tools.

- Previous experience working in a startup environment or leading small teams.
