Product Sales Manager - Trade and Forex - Banking
- The role holder is responsible for managing Trade and Forex, CMS Business development, compliance, and income delivery in the Retail Segment in his / her catchment and, is expected to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the domain.
- Driving initiatives for Retail Trade, Forex and CMS business (income delivery) in the assigned geography
- Responsible for business delivery and capability creation of Capital Account Business and Escrow Account from across BU's,
- Responsible for Trade Backed Lending cases through ELC from across BU's
- Book Scoping and identifying opportunity of TFX & CMS client from the mapped book
- Proliferation of TFX Strategy in terms of input and output right down to the last mile
- Responsible for identifying and tying up with PE/PV and other influencers to capture the Startup Space
- Partnership with Associations to enhance more leads and opportunities in cross border and CMS solutions
- Drive B2B2C opportunities with the help of regional / zonal leadership
- Engagement with Business Leaders, ZH, RH, RM to drive TFX & CMS business
- Provide Solutions by Collaborating with Product support and Technology
- Directly Managed Stakeholders: ZBH / TLs and RMs of the Team
- Driving TFX Led Sales Calls and Hygiene Parameters in the same
- Resources Level Activation of TFX &CMS and PSM Level Activation in Capital Account Transaction and Escrow
- Proliferation of TFX and CMS Strategy in terms of input and output right down to the last mile
- Partnership with Associations to enhance more leads and opportunities in cross border and CMS solutions.
- Structured approach with the Alliances and Intermediaries to have more leads in the wallet of Capital Account Txn
- Working Closely with BU for generating leads and more opportunities in CAT
- Monitor RBI and other Regulatory Pendency related to CAT
