V Five Hotel is looking for Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Greeting customers and clients as they enter the office and directing them to the appropriate person or department.Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Managing the front desk, including accepting and directing mail, packages, and deliveries.Assisting with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.Maintaining a clean and organized front office area.Performing general office tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and ordering supplies.Providing support to other departments as needed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and clients.Strong organizational and administrative skills.Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
